Charlie's Angels was an immensely popular show in the 1970s featuring 3 buxom women solving mysteries for an unseen man named Charlie. When I was growing up, I thought it would be wonderful to see an Asian Pacific American on the show. Now, in 2000, with the release of the motion picture based on the television program, popular Chinese-American actress Lucy Liu was called upon to be part of the Angels. She plays "The Smart One," as popularized by Kate Jackson's Sabrina character in the original series.

Alex Charlie's Angels Signature Looks 2 line 2000, Jakks Pacific Charlie's Angels - The Movie Individual Figure I love Lucy Liu, so how great is it to have a doll made after her. This doll is from the second wave of fashion created for Charlie's Angels. Either way you go, this doll is hot (although, I do have to say that I like the outfit she has in the first wave slightly better). She's got a glittery cut off tank top and a leather jacket. However, with Jakks Pacific using Real Scan technology on its wrestling figures, it would have been even greater if they used it here to really get Lucy Liu's face. But, I'm not going to hold it against them...
