This section is really meant for anything having to do with Rudyard Kipling's tale, but it most likely will only contain stuff from the 1967 Disney Animated Classic. As we know, the story takes place in India. The boy Mowgli is an Indian child, thus qualifying him for the Asian Pacific American Toy Chest.

Mowgli McDonald's Happy Meal Toy 1997, McDonald's Individual Figure This figure was released when Disney re-released The Jungle Book on video in 1997. It's actually a candy dispenser that is supposed to hold NERDS candy. Lift up Mowgli's hand holding several coconuts and you can claim your sweet prize. It's a nice looking toy for a Happy Meal Toy, but very simple.

Mowgli McDonald's Happy Meal Under 3 Toy 1990, McDonald's Individual Figure And speaking of simple, here's this version of Mowgli. This is apparently a rare figure. This is the alternative to the Jungle Book Happy Meal Toy that McDonald's offered to children under the age of 3. It's a very simple toy that features Mowgli sticking his head out of a pot. The toy rocks back and forth and that's about it.
