For its 25th Anniversary, Saturday Night Live released toys based on its popular characters. Of these characters was the "Samurai" character, immortalized by John Belushi. In the skits, a person would unwittingly enter a store or business run by the Samurai who would mutter an undecipherable language and brutally use his swords that would eventually botch the job. Again, another controversial character as this was another representation of a white person dressing in yellow face and using an aspect of Asian culture to get laughs. At the same time, the situation is so absurd that one can't help but snicker. But, let's just hope that rival Mad TV doesn't come out with its own line featuring the ultra-offensive Ms. Swan....
